Return & Exchange Policy

At Twisted Wear N Accessories, every item is printed just for you. Because your order is custom‑made, we want to be upfront and clear about how returns and exchanges work. Our goal is always to make sure you love what you receive while keeping things fair for both you and our small business.

1. When We Can Accept a Return or Exchange

We’re happy to help if:

  • Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or
  • You receive the wrong item, size, or color due to our mistake

If that happens, we’ll make it right.

2. Condition Requirements

To keep things clean and fair, all returned items must be in brand‑new condition, meaning:

  • No signs of wear
  • No washing, stretching, or damage
  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or makeup marks
  • Exactly as received

If an item shows any wear at all, we won’t be able to accept it.

3. When Returns Aren’t Allowed

Because everything is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Changing your mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

We encourage customers to double‑check size charts and colors before ordering.

4. Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued as store credit.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit never expires, so you can use it anytime you’re ready to pick out something new.

5. How to Start a Return

If you believe your item qualifies:

  1. Email us at twistedwear@twistedwearfl.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your store credit

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out within 48 hours so we can fix it quickly. We want you to be excited about your order, not stressed.
